How to earn $1000 a month (we are only looking at the coaching bonuses not
monthly residuals)
Let's start and assume you are a Senior Manager.
Senior Managers we earn $290 and $150 on downline coaching bonuses
3 personals is $870 plus 1 downline person equals $1020
To make about $2000 a month as a Senior Manager 4 personals and 5 downline team
members equals $1910.
As a manager we earn $240 and $100 on downline coaching bonuses
3 peronals would be $720 plus 3 new downline team members would yield you $1020.
Now check this out:
As a new distributor (yet to be promoted) we earn $140 for each new team member
and $0 on new downline team members coaching bonuses.
Month 1
3 personals equals $420 plus 1 new downline team member you just about make back
your initial investment.
Month 2
Repeat what you did in month 1 and you make your car payment
Month 3
Repeat what you did again and not only earn another car payment but you also
become a Manager!
Okay, so how do we get the reps? By obviously doing presentations. SOC says if
you do a complete presentation (opp video & walk someone through sending out a
card) the conversion ratios are 33%.
Let's just say it's 25% for mathsake.
To sponsor 3 people you would have to do 15 presentations per month to get 3
personals. Then you simply work with your new team members. Write out their warm
market and do 5 presentations with their prospects and you can add another new
team member.
To speed up your numbers do 3 way calls with your successful upline. For each
person I talk to I usually get 1 out of 2 assuming they have already seen SOC
and want to talk to someone who earns a living at it.
Hope this helps. Remember if you can help the masses earn an extra $1000 a month
you success is guaranteed.

How it works...
Here is what we are doing:
We are building our business.
It takes time to find people to work with, to recruit to join our cause.
In the mean time to make income we can find customers to supplement our income.
This is how it works.
Have a good night!

Network Marketing
What I have learned in my short 5 years being in network marketing is that, it's not really more sales or work, it's more work in people. Investing in people and spending time with people has the greatest reward.
Most people look for the easy route, but there is no easy route. It's spending time with people and sharing with people.
The people with the biggest visions have the greatest impacts on the lives of others.
Look at Zig Ziglar. He used his talents and shared his message of hope and inspiration to the world. Look at Kody Bateman, he introduced an idea and concept to shed happiness and give people a vehicle for wealth and abundance.
What is your vision. If it is big enough you will lead a team and influence others to make a difference!
Let's expand our vision today!

Opportunity Meeting last night in Scottsdale AZ
Last night we had our Thursday night meeting.
I really enjoy doing these meetings.
I wrote 3 questions on the board:
We socialized with everyone for about half an hour then our meeting began.
I told my story and why I chose our business then I said this is what we do and who we are and simply played the video for everyone.
After the video ended I went into the 4 types of people after they watch the video. If you aren't famiiar it's in our new fast start guide.
We then had a few glowing testimonials about working for yourselves and shed some meaningful light for our guests.
I then thanked the guests for coming and also to see if they had a questions. I said we will be doing a little training on how we do what we do now and the guests are free to stick around and learn.
I gave everyone a Fast Start Guide and simply read from it. It's only 7 or so pages. We had some audience participation and then ended on a quick video a friend of mine posted on You tube.

I felt great about the meeting and the guests did too.
Our business really is this simple.
Have fun and share the good news!

CashFlow Game
Last night we went to play the Robert Kiyosaki Cash Flow Game. I found this through a meet up group. I really enjoy playing this game as it teaches me a lot of myself and how I work with my money and maybe others money. If you haven't played it yet, I would really encourage you to do so.
I also like to hang out with like minded people.
You can go to www.richdad.com and search through is communities for local games played around your town or you can just do a search on the internet which is what I did.
He also has a electronic game you can play online, but you won't get that interaction that you would get with meeting quality like minded people face to face.

Questions Are the Answers
Questions are the answers.
It all depends on the quality of our questions that determine our success in life and in our business, Send Out Cards.
How would you approach yourself? What questions would your respond positively to, to take a look?
Below are some questions that I have developed & use. Now keep in mind that we are all different; meaning different questions will be more useful than always using the same question. You cannot use, in my opinion, the same question for everyone because our situations are all unique.
"Would you mind watching this? I am looking for some people who would like to make some money.
"Hey, what are you doing later? I would like to show you something."
"Have you ever owned your own business or been in network marketing before?"
"Do you know of anyone who has their own business?"
"Do you know of anyone who has a home based business?"
"Have you ever watched the Send Out Cards DVD?"
"I need your opinion on who I should talk to about my business."
"Do you know of anyone looking at making some extra money?"
"How long have you been working here?" "Do you like what you do?" "Would you be open at looking at something else?"
"I am looking for people who are entrepreneurial. Have you ever thought about owning your own business?"
"Who is the most social person you know?"
Remember my main goal is to invite the 'right people to take a look at what I do. I am simply showing them our opportunity video.
You can do so one of two ways; hand them a DVD or give them your website. If you have a lot of rapport you can schedule a time to show them for best results. This is my preferred method, scheduling some time.
I hope this helps and remember the better your questions are with people the more you will pique their interest to find out more. Write out a few of your questions that you feel comfortable asking others.
